Over three months, we work purposefully with breathwork, reflection, and clear integration steps to recognize and change entrenched patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior.
You develop more inner clarity, strengthen your self-awareness, and learn to deal with challenges more consciously.
You can expect:
Guided Rebirthing Breathwork sessions once per week
Weekly 30-minute Zoom calls for sharing and reflection
- Daily support via text or voice messages as needed
- Participation in current group sessions as desired and needed
1:1 Breathwork sessions
Individual one-on-one sessions make it possible to bring suppressed feelings or memories into awareness and let them go. Through conscious breathing, deep-seated tension can be released, stress reduced, and a sense of inner freedom and well-being supported.
In a 2–2.5 hour session, you can expect:
30 minutes of intuitive coaching and setting an intention
60 minutes of guided breathwork
30 minutes of integration and reflection
Especially suitable for processing specific emotions, reducing stress, finding a new life path, or achieving goals more easily.
