What is NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful method of personal development. It helps people improve their communication, achieve personal goals, and continue to grow.

NLP shows us how we can deliberately influence and change our thoughts, our way of expressing ourselves, and our behavior in order to bring about positive changes in life.

Basic principles of NLP
  1. Modeling: It means closely observing and understanding other people’s successful strategies and behaviors. It looks at how someone thinks, feels, and acts when they are particularly successful in a certain area. These patterns can then be prepared in such a way that they can be adopted and applied for one’s own success.

  2. Perception: Each person perceives the world in their own unique way. Depending on our active sensory channels—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or analytical—we experience reality differently. NLP shows how these perception types influence our feelings, decisions, and behavior, and how we can use them consciously to improve communication and relationships.

  3. Communication: The way we speak and express ourselves—verbally as well as through body language—influences not only our own thinking, but also our relationships with others. NLP shows how language can be used consciously to communicate more clearly and avoid misunderstandings.

  4. Enabling change: NLP offers a variety of simple but effective techniques to resolve personal blocks, dissolve old limiting beliefs, develop new patterns of thinking and behavior, and achieve goals faster and more purposefully.
